Police among dead, wounded in blast at Kharkiv, Ukraine, rally

(CNN)Police officers are among the two dead and 15 wounded after an explosion during a peaceful protest in the eastern city of Kharkiv, Ukraine's Interior Ministry said Sunday. Ukraine: UK and EU ‘badly misread’ Russia

Britain and the European Union have been accused of a "catastrophic misreading" of the mood in the Kremlin in the run up to the crisis in Ukraine.
